    We provide a rest and relaxation training in the heart of Peterborough

    Peterborough Mindful helps Individuals who are challenged with Feeling Stressed and Anxious All the Time to learn to relax more and take things easier. Through a warm and welcoming presence, we provided a space where you can finally calm down and take a few moments to unburden.

    With the fast pace of modern living it's easy to get worn down and jaded and feel that life is passing you by. There is so much to worry about.

    Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed right now with all that's going on. You may be feeling:

    Many of us at Peterborough Mindful have suffered from stress and anxiety in the past. We've all piled on two much pressure and then felt over-burdened, now we've learnt to take things easy. We know how hard life can be when your facing these challenges. But we also know that by coming together and supporting each other we can learn to let go and become more relaxed and easier going.

    A Little About My Professional Background

    I received my Mindfulness training at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. I also have a diploma in Gestalt (Awareness) Counselling and Psychotherapy Theory and Practice and several other degrees and Masters as well. I speak fluent Mandarin Chinese. I've been leading Peterborough Mindful since 2017.

    I provide 1-1 coaching in Mindfulness to anyone who wants to understand more.
