Hi, I'm Matt McGinty, I am a trained Mindfulness Teacher with a background in (Gestalt) Awareness Therapy. I offer Mindfulness training through a free weekly group, 1-2-1 coaching and regular courses.


All training is tailored to individual client needs.

I have found the mindfulness training course really beneficial. I do find mindfulness a difficult skill to develop but I feel that now I have a new level of awareness and skillset to resource better mental health.
