You may have read about Mindfulness and you know it can help with stress and anxiety reduction. But there’s so much information out there it’s hard to know where to begin. Or you might think you get the basics but would like to learn more from an experienced practitioner. With so much information out there, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed and not know where to start. Getting help from an experienced teacher like me can make things simpler, quicker and easier. Allowing you to get the results you want and need in the fastest most efficient way.

    I’m Matthew Mcginty and I’m a qualified Mindfulness teacher. I used to suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety and found Mindfulness instrumental in turning my life around. Making me a calmer, happier person. That’s why I became a teacher.

    Wherever you are on your journey I’m here to help. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already well on your way. With concrete, practical steps, you’ll soon get the calm and peace in life you deserve. Most people would describe me as very calm and easy going, which is a helpful if you are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.     What is Mindfulness Training like?

    We start where you are. In the first session I’ll discuss your background, what you know about Mindfulness already and what your goals are. I’ll then work out a teaching plan. For most clients this involves a mixture of theory and practice.

    Currently we only offer 1-2-1 training, however we are planning to offer mindfulness meditation classes as well as mindfulness courses in the near future.

    How long will training take?

    I don’t feel like I have a major problem. Can I still benefit from training?

    Even if you don’t have a major problem you may still benefit from Mindfulness training. You’ll learn a new skill and have more tools and techniques available if and when problems do arise.

    What are your fees and cancellation policy?

    My fees are £40 per session and each session is 50 minutes. I have a 24 hours notice cancellation policy.

    What if I don’t want to talk about something?

    That’s fine. We are here to talk about Mindfulness and how it can help you, you only need to discuss what you feel comfortable sharing. Rest assured, however, anything you do share remains confidential.

    Will you get tired of me talking about the same things over and over again?

    No, I know how difficult it can be to solve problems that are worrying you and that everyone learns at their own pace. We’ll take things step by step.

    When can we have sessions?

    I have slots for 1-2-1 mindfulness classes or 1-2-1 meditation classes available 8.30am -9.30 pm during the week and on the weekends.

    ​If your interested in group meditation classes or Mindfulness courses then get in touch and we’ll let you when these might be running.

    Is your money back guarantee genuine?

    Yes, I believe in what I do and I’m sure you will benefit, however, if it’s not right for you I want you to have the reassurance that you haven’t wasted your money. I only ask that you try to implement what we have discussed between sessions and discuss any problems with me before asking for a refund.
