Take this course before you show up in front of a judge. It gives you excellent material to regurgitate if you get a chance to speak in court about what you’ve learned and why you won’t do whatever you did again. Easy to follow presentations, followed by easy to do exercises that don’t take up a lot of time. Matt makes it very easy for you to get through lessons quickly and you feel like you really learned something. Gives you useful easy to remember techniques to use in real life, and for you to go over with your psychiatrist or psychologist as you go through it. This is a must if you want to stay out of trouble and better your way of life.

This course was surprisingly very good. I say that because I've been through many books and courses about Anger Management. I found this course to be insightful, easy to follow and usable. Matt lays out a philosophical framework but takes care to add practical application all the way through. I found myself fascinated at times by his descriptions of the processes by which we become angry. I really liked this course a lot.
