You don't know where your anger comes from. It seems to come from nowhere - causing you to say nasty words you don't mean.
Your angry outbursts might cause you to break things, punch walls, or kick the rubbish bin over.
One moment you're okay, listening to your spouse, and the next, the dog has traipsed mud through the living room, and you're screaming at your partner to get him under control.
Or you've lashed out at your partner one too many times, frightening them to the point where they've called the police.
As soon as you calm down, you feel guilty and regret your actions. You're sorry about your outburst.

"Can a Leopard change its' spots?" you ask.

Should be taught in high schools and workplaces.
Explains every part of the emotion of anger. It has you think and record your own thoughts and experiences all along the way to ensure it works for your own life. This should be taught in high schools, post secondaries and in the workplaces. Every single male over 10 years old should take this at least once, even if they don't do the exercises. That's how valuable this course is.

Insightful, easy to follow and usable
This course was surprisingly very good. I say that because I've been through many books and courses about Anger Management. I found this course to be insightful, easy to follow and usable. Matt lays out a philosophical framework but takes care to add practical application all the way through. I found myself fascinated at times by his descriptions of the processes by which we become angry. I really liked this course a lot.

Many much-needed invaluable topics
I have learnt about many much-needed invaluable topics such as managing stress, conflict resolution, anger and communication styles, ‘growing back up’ techniques etc. in a simple to understand approach with very useful role-play scenarios. The topic list may sound the same as every therapist, but I assure you, the content and delivery are on a totally different spectrum of quality and insight.

Very good material used to enhance the value of the course
This course gives good examples of how anger works to make problems and how to cure problems. After the first module, as someone who became perpetually angry at himself, others and inanimate objects. You see that there are ways and means of approaching anger in different ways, that make you more accessible to yourself and others. Very good material used to enhance the value of the course.
